We had a great first week back from break here at DWE! We started our week off with our Caught in the ACT Assemblies celebrating all of the wonderful accomplishments of our students during the first quarter. Later in the week we had our Caught in the ACT Breakfast, where we further celebrated some of our amazing students accomplishments during the first quarter. And then we ended this week with our Day of Awesomeness, we are so thankful for all the people who helped put on this amazing day.

Today was out Day of Awesomeness to celebrate all of our hard work during the Step It Up! Fundraiser. All of the kids had a blast running and jumping around this morning!
Thank you and your families for all of your support during the fundraiser, all proceeds will be used to support our students and staff!

We had a great and jam-packed last week before break! There were some fall themed art projects in Mrs. Ingerson's classes, we also had our September Buddy day on Wednesday. Today we had our monthly Diamondbuck store, thank you to Mrs. Coleman for organizing the store and to all our amazing volunteers who help her run it! There was so much learning and fun around campus this week! There was even learning on the kindergarten playground! We hope you have a safe and fun break and we will see you on October 14th!
